Hey, I’m Kristina. 👋

I'm a design leader who believes great products come from empowered teams, strong collaboration, and a deep understanding of the people we're designing for.

Over the past 11+ years, I've worked across federal government, startup, and non-profit environments, helping organizations solve complex problems through user-centered design.

Today, I am Design Director at Pluribus Digital, where I lead a UX capability of designers supporting programs across several agencies. I also provide strategic design leadership as UX Lead for a large-scale modernization effort at the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).

My experience spans UX strategy, service design, interaction design, design operations, and people management. I enjoy building design practices, mentoring designers, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and creating environments where teams can do their best work.
